BIO

Living in the beautiful state of Missouri has been such a blessing. I never knew what a beautiful state it was. Growing up in the suburbs of Cleveland Ohio I did not experience the country life and how I have really grown to love it. Funny how I ended up marrying a man who grew up on a cattle ranch. Even though my husband does not raise cattle anymore he still carries with him the strong work ethics he developed growing up on the ranch. That’s one of the main things that bonded us together, strong work ethics and the fact that both of our father’s served in World War ll. We have that connection of understanding the sacrifices the millions of men and women made to defend freedom. Finding love later in life was truly a Godsend for me. My husband is my Boaz, who always sees the Ruth in me. My husband and I enjoy going to World War 2 museums together, gardening and mostly spending time with family. My grown sons and their families bring us a lot of joy. Watching the grandkids grow and experience life is truly golden.
I surrendered my life to Christ when I was 40 years old. One of the first scriptures that God really spoke to me through was John 7:37
On the final and climatic day of the Feast, Jesus took his stand. He cried out. “If anyone thirsts, let him come to me and drink. Rivers of living water will brim and spill out of the depths of anyone who believes in me this way, just as the scripture says. ”
God has brought me back to this scripture time and time again over the past 20 years. This powerful verse has helped re-ground me during challenging times in my own life and has also helped others after I shared the verse with them.
Ministry Work
My first ministry work took place in my church when I lived in Florida. I was trained to become a lay minister to help those going through a life altering event. My service in ministry over the last twenty years has included ministering to ladies with cancer, and women who desired healing from the heartbreak of abortion. During this ministry work I also obtained my Masters in Human Services Counseling from Liberty University. This education solidified my desire to incorporate the word in my daily life in helping others. My thirst to encourage others also brought me to earn certification as Christian Life Coach. Some of my coaching materials will be available soon for download purchase along with the healing from abortion Bible study.
What I have learned the most in my journey is the power of prayer. I have experienced Christ’s healing power when other’s prayed over me and have passed that on as I prayed for others. I have incorporated scripture on intercessory prayer as an accessory to the Prayer Warriors Prayer Pillow. This Biblical accessory is a refresher on the power of prayer. What better thing can we do than pray life into both mother and baby? No matter what path God leads me on I know that prayer will be a major theme. It is one of our pathways to the living water…. to Jesus.
